The Customize Menu option is used for two purposes: to remove Net•Yield menu items for all users (because the specific option is not used in your company) or to add custom Net•Yield programs to the system.
The Net•Yield menu loads custom menu options for each user based on the Net•Yield options that are set to Y (Y = Yes), and is then limited by the User Security settings. If the user does not have access to a Net•Yield menu or custom menu option, that option will not appear in the user's menu.
User Options control specific field and command options for the user in Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
User Printing controls the assignment of default printers and printer prompts for the user.
